The connecting parts of the aluminum alloy body frame structure are mostly formed by casting, and the casting methods used are mainly semi-solid die casting and other advanced high-precision die casting methods. Semi-solid die casting technology currently has two forming processes: the rheology forming process and the thixoforming process. The former is to feed the liquid metal into a specially designed injection molding machine barrel, It is cooled into a semi-solid paste by applying shear with a spiral device. The latter is to feed the solid metal particles or detritus into the screw injection molding machine, and under the conditions of heating and shearing, the metal particles are converted into the paste and then die-casted.


The aluminum profile enclosure is an enclosure processed on an aluminum profile obtained by aluminum stretching. It has high flexibility and can be cut at any depth. Generally, Generally, there is a circuit board card slot inside, just insert the circuit board directly, and the aluminum enclosure does not need to be fixed again, the convenience is unmatched by other types of enclosures. However, the aluminum profile enclosure generally has poor water resistance and is not suitable for use in the field and harsh environments.
